Functional Consultant/ Customer Support
Analyze customers needs and business processes with Odoo.
Gather and analysis for customer requirements.
Provide customers with the best solutions to their problem.
System implementation and configurations.
Provide documentation for customer support and development team.
Provide system and Business blue-print, workflow diagram.
Follow up with developers and test modules & functions developed.
Deliver Odoo functional training sessions on-site or off-site.
Support the sales team for the demonstration.
Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or Information Technology.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Odoo or another related system.
Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly.
Complete understanding of ERP concepts.
Excellent planning and communication skills.
Excellent Social skills.
Must have the ability to travel locally or overseas if need
Must have the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and close collaboration with team members
Interesting in Programming Language.
Exceptional work and personal ethics
Able to work with strong in multi-tasking and perform well under pressure.
